Mauprevoir is a very pretty village with a château, two little valleys and brightened with flowers. It gets its name from "malum presbytarium", which means "The priest's bad dweling". Wandering where your fancy takes you, either on foot or by bicycle, you can discover a route around the village known as "Les Confidences de Mauprevoir". This is described humorously in a leaflet which you can pick up at several places in the village. Not far away is the racing circuit of Le Vigeant where you will find much conviviality in a well preserved natural setting.
